Lead Card Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Card Network & Processors (Card Operations) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for card networks and manage network certifications and compliance
• Participate in managing relationships with card processors and oversee tokenization and digital wallet processes
• Lead network and processor initiatives, ensuring operational controls and documentation are maintained

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in card issuing, card operations, or network/processor roles
• In-depth knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, Pulse, Interlink, and other network rules
• Experience with card processors such as TSYS, FIS, or Fiserv
• Strong understanding of BIN management, tokenization, and digital wallets
• Knowledge of operational risk and change management
