Lead Cash Management

Job Summary

As the Lead Cash Management in a full-time remote position, the candidate will provide guidance for cash posting and refunds, assist in training, and ensure patient accounting accuracy and compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cash posting and refund processes while ensuring compliance with established guidelines
• Assist in training staff and providing direction to enhance team performance
• Collaborate with the Supervisor Cash Management to maintain patient accounting accuracy

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred in Healthcare, Business, or IT
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Managed Care, Governmental, and Medicaid contract payer reimbursement methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines
