Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Category Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for Connectors/Cables and PWBs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement performance with strategic goals
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and manage supplier relationship processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience in data engineering, or a Graduate degree with 7 years of experience
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of related experience in Category Management and Strategic Sourcing
• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is preferred
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage commitments
• Strong planning skills to influence change across segments
