Lead Change and Release Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Change, Release and Deployment Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the change enablement process and manage production changes
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing production changes while ensuring compliance and governance
• Monitor and analyze change process efficiency, providing reports and recommendations to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
• 5 - 7 years of related experience or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of ITIL change management and service management practices
• Experience with IT Service Management systems such as ServiceNow
• ITIL Foundation or certificate in release, control, and validation is preferred
