Lead Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Change Manager to integrate change management into project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Project & Program Managers to embed change strategies into project plans
• Develop and execute change plans aligned with project scope and timelines
• Advise executive sponsors on change impacts and ensure leaders are prepared for adoption

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in leading organizational change for large projects
• Strong experience collaborating with Project and Program Managers
• Proven ability to integrate change into Agile, hybrid, and waterfall models
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent) preferred
