Lead Chargemaster Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Charge Description Master Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Chargemaster maintenance workflow and oversee deployment and growth projects
- Designate and delegate work assignments to team members while monitoring processes and progress
- Respond to inquiries regarding Chargemaster issues and implement improvements and solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Sciences, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in Hospital Chargemaster, including billing requirements and CMS Medicare reimbursement
- 5 years of experience with Epic Hospital EMR related to Chargemaster
- 4 years of operational performance improvement or project management experience
- Epic Certification in Hospital Chargemaster upon hire
