Lead Chargemaster Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Charge Description Master Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate CDM maintenance workflow and manage deployment/growth projects
- Designate and delegate work assignments to team members while monitoring processes and progress
- Respond to inquiries regarding Chargemaster issues and implement improvements and solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in Hospital Chargemaster, including billing requirements and reimbursement methodology
- 5 years of experience with Epic Hospital EMR related to Chargemaster
- 4 years of operational performance improvement and/or project management experience
- 3 years of experience with CDM Maintenance tools/software such as Craneware, Vitalware, or Finthrive
