Lead Chargemaster Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Charge Description Master Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Chargemaster maintenance workflow and manage project assignments
- Act as the subject matter expert and first point of escalation for team members
- Respond to inquiries regarding Chargemaster issues and implement improvements and solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in Hospital Chargemaster and billing requirements
- 5 years of experience with Epic Hospital EMR related to Chargemaster
- 4 years of operational performance improvement or project management experience
- 3 years of experience with CDM Maintenance tools/software
