Lead Chargemaster Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Charge Description Master Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Chargemaster maintenance workflow and oversee deployment/growth projects
• Designate and delegate work assignments to team members while monitoring processes and progress
• Serve as the subject matter expert and respond to internal and external inquiries regarding Chargemaster issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7 years of experience in Hospital Chargemaster, including knowledge of inpatient and outpatient billing requirements
• 5 years of experience working with Epic Hospital EMR related to Chargemaster
• 4 years of operational performance improvement and/or project management experience
• 3 years of experience with CDM Maintenance tools/software such as Craneware, Vitalware, or Finthrive
