Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Charge Description Master Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Chargemaster maintenance workflow and manage deployment and growth projects
• Designate and delegate work assignments to team members while monitoring processes and progress
• Respond to inquiries regarding Chargemaster issues and implement improvements and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7 years of experience in Hospital Chargemaster with knowledge of billing requirements and reimbursement methodology
• 5 years of experience with Epic Hospital EMR related to Chargemaster
• 4 years of operational performance improvement or project management experience
• 3 years of experience with CDM Maintenance tools/software
