Lead Claims Advocate

Job Summary

Managing complex and high-severity specialty claims remotely, the full-time Lead Claims Advocate will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring accurate handling and resolution of claims related to management liability, cyber, and professional liability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the handling of complex claims involving D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, E&O, and Cyber insurance
• Develop and execute claim strategies to maximize policyholder recovery while coordinating communications among various stakeholders
• Provide technical coverage analysis and guidance, identifying claim trends and recommending enhancements to policy language

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; insurance certification preferred (e.g., CPCU, AIC)
• JD preferred
• 5-10 years of specialty claims handling experience
• Strong knowledge of D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, E&O, and Cyber insurance products
• Proven client-facing and relationship management abilities
