Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Client Coordinator to manage projects and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client-specific projects throughout their lifecycle, including estimation, resource assignment, and invoicing
- Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving project issues to ensure high quality standards
- Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance processes, policies, and workflows for improved efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of project coordination experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
- Occasional travel may be required
- Strong analytical and project management skills
