Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Client Coordinator to manage projects and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client-specific projects throughout their lifecycle, including estimation, resource assignment, and invoicing
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving project issues to ensure high quality standards

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of project coordination experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
