Lead Client Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinating projects from estimation to completion, the full-time remote Lead Client Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and production vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and production during the entire project lifecycle
• Translate client requests into detailed technical instructions for production teams
• Coordinate client-specific projects, including estimate creation and monitoring project progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Advanced degree/MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of previous project coordination experience or equivalent education and experience
• Proven experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector and Print/Packaging environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet applications
