Job Summary
Coordinating projects from estimation to completion, the full-time remote Lead Client Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and production vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and production during the entire project lifecycle
- Translate client requests into detailed technical instructions for production teams
- Coordinate client-specific projects, including estimate creation and monitoring project progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Advanced degree/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of previous project coordination experience or equivalent education and experience
- Proven experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector and Print/Packaging environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet applications
