Job Summary
Coordinating projects from estimation to completion, the full-time remote Lead Client Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and managing project lifecycles.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate client-specific projects, including resource assignment and project progress monitoring
- Translate client requirements into detailed instructions for production teams and resolve project issues
- Generate accurate and timely invoices while maintaining project details and supporting evidence
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of previous project coordination experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
- Strong analytical and project management skills from conception to completion
