Lead Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, the full-time remote Lead Client Services Project Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring implementation, rollout, and high levels of customer satisfaction while collaborating with sales for business development.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive timely project execution and closure for invoicing and revenue recognition
• Manage all project scope, including definition, estimation, planning, and risk management
• Act as a single point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of client service, preferably in an IT Professional Services organization
• Experience with PMI Standards; PMP certification is preferred
• In-depth project management and technical experience
• Ability to identify client needs and translate them into opportunities for additional services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
