Job Summary
Lead Client Success, this full-time position is responsible for independently managing mid-tier client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining strong client relationships without dedicated sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a defined book of mid-tier accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all operational needs
- Drive accurate delivery of client deliverables and perform quality assurance on data outputs
- Oversee contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with commercial leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related field
- 4-6+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a data-driven role
- Proven ability to manage a book of business independently
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reviewing data-driven deliverables
- Familiarity with data structures or digital measurement methodologies preferred
