Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategic success and commercial performance of a portfolio of Health System and Life Sciences partners
- Serve as the executive-facing strategic advisor, aligning analytics capabilities with customer priorities
- Manage a high-volume, complex portfolio of enterprise accounts while balancing delivery excellence with strategic growth objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, or healthcare analytics
- Proven experience managing and growing relationships with enterprise health system and/or pharmaceutical customers
- Experience working with real-world healthcare data and translating insights into business impact
- Experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment
