Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive client adoption and utilization of products/services to achieve specific business results
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate value and maintain client relationships
- Manage client lifecycle and advocate for client needs across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in account management, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive relationships
- Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years in client services or account management
- Marketing program management experience preferred
