Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client adoption and utilization of products/services to achieve specific business results
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate value and maintain client relationships
  • Manage client lifecycle and advocate for client needs across the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience in account management, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive relationships
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years in client services or account management
  • Marketing program management experience preferred
