Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Clinical Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient department flow and assist with patient care tasks
• Oversee day-to-day needs and manage schedules for Clinical Care Coordinators
• Train new staff and report on performance to the Site Program Manager

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Pre-med or nursing-related courses preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
• One year of experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
