Lead Clinical Informaticist

Job Summary

To support clinical training initiatives, the full-time Lead Clinical Informaticist will apply adult learning theory to create diverse EHR training solutions, analyze clinical workflows, and lead projects while managing governance team priorities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHR and clinical training solutions, including various multimedia formats
• Analyze organizational needs to create instructional texts and scripts for technical training programs
• Lead projects by coordinating resources and preparing data-driven reports for leadership

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Experience in instructional design for Cerner EHR training
• Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline/Rise, and Captivate
• Experience with virtual training facilitation using Adobe Connect
