Lead Clinical Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing medical imaging network, the full-time Lead Clinical Operations Specialist will manage imaging workflows, ensure quality control, and serve as the escalation point for operational issues while working in the Atlanta office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a significant share of workload by cross-referencing patient, imaging center, and radiologist information
• Establish and maintain quality checks and feedback loops to ensure team output meets accuracy standards
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for scalability

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations with direct clinical knowledge of radiology preferred
• Proven track record of high accuracy in detail-critical work
• Experience in building or improving SOPs and quality-control processes
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in workflow optimization
• Strong data manipulation skills, including proficiency in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
