Lead Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical team, the full-time remote Lead Clinical Pharmacist will manage medication therapy consultations, oversee a team of pharmacists, and collaborate with engineering and leadership to enhance patient outcomes using Arine's software platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Support oversight of clinical project goals, resource allocation, and team productivity
• Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication regimens and improve health outcomes
• Hire, train, and manage team members while ensuring quality assurance standards are met

Required qualifications:

• At least 12 months of experience in a Pharmacist role focused on Adherence or MTM projects
• Demonstrated team management or coaching experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage with patients and promote adherence with empathy
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Documents
