Lead Cloud Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Cloud Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data systems and applications in a collaborative environment
• Analyze and design data storage structures and build automated data pipelines that are reliable and scalable
• Provide production support and adhere to defined service level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least 10 years of experience with a Bachelor's or 8 years with a Master's in data engineering and automation of data pipelines
• Strong technical skills in data warehousing, SQL, and Python
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Redshift
• Experience with AWS and GCP technologies, and familiarity with data modeling and AI/ML tools is a plus
