Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex client transformations and manage delivery risks
Collaborate with stakeholders to execute delivery plans and ensure environment readiness
Drive resolution of high-severity issues and contribute to continuous improvement in delivery processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of relevant industry experience in cloud delivery or technical consulting
Strong Pega platform knowledge; CSSA required, CLSA preferred
Experience delivering complex client engagements
Comfort working directly with client technical leaders and project stakeholders
