Lead Cloud Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

Leading complex cloud implementations, the full-time Lead Cloud Delivery Specialist will serve as a trusted technical partner for clients, manage escalations within delivery teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud delivery practices in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client transformations, including legacy modernization and cloud migrations, while managing delivery risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute delivery plans and ensure environment readiness across development, test, and production
• Drive resolution of high-severity issues and contribute to process improvements and mentoring of Cloud Delivery Specialists

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in cloud delivery, technical consulting, or implementation roles
• Strong knowledge of the Pega platform, ideally with a CLSA or CSSA certification
• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex client engagements
• Comfort working directly with client technical leaders and project stakeholders
