Lead Cloud Network Engineer

Job Summary

As a critical member of the Cloud Center of Excellence, the full-time Lead Cloud Network Engineer will translate high-level architecture into implementable network requirements, ensuring secure and consistent cloud networking solutions while collaborating with architecture and engineering teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate infrastructure and platform architecture into detailed cloud network implementation requirements
• Act as a technical bridge between Architecture and Cloud Engineering teams to ensure alignment between design intent and implementation
• Lead troubleshooting of complex cloud network issues and support hybrid connectivity design between cloud and on-prem environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years of experience in network engineering and/or cloud networking roles
• Strong experience with cloud networking (Azure VNets, AWS VPCs), routing, BGP, and TCP/IP
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience across cloud and on-prem network environments
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts (e.g., Terraform) to guide implementations
