Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Cloud Sales Advisor to lead and develop Cloud Services Advisors across North America and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and support Cloud Services Advisors, conducting regular coaching sessions and deal reviews
  • Manage a limited personal pipeline while supporting priority accounts and maintaining market alignment
  • Drive consistent sales execution through collaboration and act as a feedback bridge between the sales team and cross-functional partners
Required Qualifications:
  • Experienced B2B sales professional with a background in cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, or MSP ecosystems
  • Prior experience leading, supervising, or mentoring sales professionals
  • Comfortable coaching teams across multiple regions and cultures
  • Confident in customer-facing sales engagements
  • Motivated to grow further into sales management
