Lead CloudOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead CloudOps Engineer to oversee the reliability, scalability, automation, and operations of their GCP-based cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring and management of GCP infrastructure, ensuring reliability, uptime, and security
• Own Terraform configurations for GCP and AWS, automating environment provisioning and scaling
• Build observability stacks and lead incident response efforts, managing SLOs and operational runbooks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, CloudOps, or platform engineering
• Deep hands-on experience with GCP services and Kubernetes
• Strong expertise in Terraform and CI/CD pipeline automation
• Experience supporting production workloads in regulated environments
• Practical experience with AWS operations, including EC2 and S3
