Lead Coach

Job Summary

Lead Coach, a part-time, milestone-based contract position responsible for overseeing coaching components of the Global Leadership Accelerator, including curriculum development and coach recruitment, while providing mentorship and quality assurance for coaching delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage coaching operations, including matching coaches with participants and coordinating schedules
• Design and maintain a global coaching curriculum and relevant tools
• Recruit, onboard, and support a diverse pool of certified coaches

Required Qualifications

• Certified Professional Coach with significant experience in leadership and executive coaching
• Experience managing or supervising coaches in diverse contexts
• Strong understanding of leadership development and emotional intelligence
• Experience in designing coaching curricula and frameworks
• Commitment to gender equality and inclusion in media development
