Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily work assignments and productivity of payment posting staff
• Monitor and resolve payment discrepancies with third-party payors
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance performance and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare automated cash applications
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of 835 Remittance Files functionality
• Ability to work independently and manage staff effectively
