Job Summary
Leading commercial finance initiatives, the full-time remote Lead Commercial Finance will manage financial partnerships, drive complex negotiations, and develop pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability within the Americas region.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to meet financial and operational targets
- Negotiate favorable terms with clients and partners, enhancing competitive positioning
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for software and services based on market analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in commercial negotiations or pricing, preferably in the software industry
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and methodologies
- Proven negotiation skills with a successful track record in closing complex deals
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage diverse teams
