Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for revenue-driving functions and critical operations
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality diverse candidates
- Provide data-driven insights and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
- A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with 3 years focused on sales or commercial roles
- A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Recruitment certifications and AI certifications highly preferred
