Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Commercial Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for revenue-driving functions and critical operations
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality diverse candidates
• Provide data-driven insights and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with 3 years focused on sales or commercial roles
• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Recruitment certifications and AI certifications highly preferred
