Lead Communications Specialist

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time Lead Communications Specialist will provide communications strategy and execution for internal, employee, and change communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the editorial process from content creation to delivery, ensuring alignment with communication and marketing plans
• Develop and implement communications materials, including emails and newsletters, to promote internal initiatives and engagement
• Collaborate with leadership to drive change management communications that support enterprise transformation efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in communications or marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, Adobe InDesign, SharePoint, and Microsoft Suite
• Experience with change management communications in a matrix organization
• Storytelling certification and Prosci certification (ADKAR Model) are preferred
