Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Compensation Programs Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals
- Partner with various teams to provide expert guidance on compensation strategies and initiatives
- Conduct global market analyses to assess competitive positioning for compensation and evaluate program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or suitable combination of education and experience
- 6-10 years of experience in compensation, including program design and business advising
- Strong project management and advanced MS Excel skills for data modeling and analysis
- Experience with international compensation and knowledge of retail compensation trends preferred
- Ability to work autonomously in a matrixed environment and influence various stakeholders
