Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Compensation Programs Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and shape compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals
  • Partner with various teams to provide expert guidance on compensation strategies and initiatives
  • Conduct global market analyses to assess competitive positioning for compensation and evaluate program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or suitable combination of education and experience
  • 6-10 years of experience in compensation, including program design and business advising
  • Strong project management and advanced MS Excel skills for data modeling and analysis
  • Experience with international compensation and knowledge of retail compensation trends preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously in a matrixed environment and influence various stakeholders
