Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Compensation Partner to provide compensation expertise and support growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, communication, and implementation of global compensation programs
- Build relationships with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders to identify needs and priorities
- Analyze market data and conduct annual market analysis for assigned client groups
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience within a global compensation function with knowledge of compensation practices
- Proven track record in designing and implementing pay and equity structures in publicly traded companies
- Experience supporting Product/Tech leaders is strongly preferred
- Advanced spreadsheet analysis skills with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Suite
- Ability to organize and accomplish objectives autonomously within a growing organization
