Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Compensation Partner to provide compensation expertise and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, communication, and implementation of global compensation programs
  • Build relationships with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders to identify needs and priorities
  • Analyze market data and conduct annual market analysis for assigned client groups
Required Qualifications
  • Relevant experience within a global compensation function with knowledge of compensation practices
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing pay and equity structures in publicly traded companies
  • Experience supporting Product/Tech leaders is strongly preferred
  • Advanced spreadsheet analysis skills with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Suite
  • Ability to organize and accomplish objectives autonomously within a growing organization
