• Ability to deliver immediate value in fast-moving projects with minimal ramp-up time
• Proficiency in building complex automated models in Google Sheets or similar applications
• Experience or strong interest in integrating AI tools into compensation workflows
• Experience acting as an escalation point for complex compensation cases
