Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation experience, including cross-functional roles
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a global environment
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in budget data interpretation
• Advanced skills in Google Suite or Excel
• Curiosity and comfort with AI tools for operational efficiency
