Lead Competitive Intelligence Manager
Job Summary
Owning the competitive program end-to-end, the full-time Lead Competitive Intelligence Manager will define strategy, gather and synthesize intelligence, support sales, and continuously measure and evolve the program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive competitive intelligence strategy to monitor market shifts and competitor activities
- Conduct primary and secondary research to build and maintain a robust competitive database
- Develop competitive enablement resources such as battlecards and win/loss analysis to support sales teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of competitive intelligence/strategy experience in enterprise B2B SaaS
- Domain expertise in fraud prevention, AML/KYC compliance, or cybersecurity
- Experience creating and managing a centralized competitive intelligence knowledge base
- Strong technical aptitude for engaging with engineering teams and technical prospects
- Proven ability to translate competitive insights into actionable recommendations for product and go-to-market teams
