Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert for a plan compliance administration team, the full-time Lead Compliance Analyst - Retirement Plans will manage complex retirement plans, provide training and support to associates, and ensure adherence to regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports to monitor goal achievement
  • Provide guidance on escalated issues and oversee onboarding and training of team members
  • Administer large and complex plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and preparing necessary filings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Retirement Plans Administration
  • Excellent mathematical and Excel skills
  • Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
  • QKA or equivalent designation preferred
