Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert for a plan compliance administration team, the full-time Lead Compliance Analyst - Retirement Plans will manage complex retirement plans, provide training and support to associates, and ensure adherence to regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Produce weekly and monthly reports to monitor goal achievement
- Provide guidance on escalated issues and oversee onboarding and training of team members
- Administer large and complex plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and preparing necessary filings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in Retirement Plans Administration
- Excellent mathematical and Excel skills
- Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
- QKA or equivalent designation preferred
