Lead Concierge Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of a world-class concierge program for VIP donor guests, the part-time Lead Concierge Coordinator will manage day-to-day concierge workflows, provide task direction to staff and volunteers, and ensure high-touch hospitality during the Games while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination of the Games Hospitality concierge program to deliver personalized service to VIP guests and dignitaries
• Provide task direction and service guidance to concierge team members and volunteers to ensure consistent program execution
• Monitor service-request tracking and support real-time operations, including guest check-ins and itinerary management

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or event coordination
• Experience supporting VIPs or high-profile individuals in multi-day events
• Proficiency in managing guest registrations, payments, and data accuracy across platforms
• Ability to provide personalized, culturally aware service to high-profile guests
• Strong communication skills for engaging with donors and producing operational updates
