Lead Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Configuration Information Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data for configuration changes and maintain benefit plans and provider contracts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to business requirements and manage coding updates
• Provide training and support to team members and assist in the implementation of health plans and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in configuration information management within a healthcare operations setting
• Advanced experience with claims processing systems and verifying documentation related to updates
• Experience in validating information regarding provider contracting and other business requirements
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a commitment to high-quality delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
