Lead Configuration Engineer

Job Summary

To lead a growing team in a complex technology ecosystem, the full-time Lead LOS Configuration Engineer will manage system configurations, workflows, and business rules while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional configuration team focused on continuous improvement
• Own end-to-end system and workflow configurations, including loan programs and user permissions
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across distributed cloud platforms

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology roles supporting complex, rules-driven systems
• 2+ years of experience leading a technical operations or business-systems team
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise business-rules management systems and strong SQL skills
• Proven ability to reverse-engineer distributed systems and debug complex integrations
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in a technology-driven environment
