Lead Conflicts Analyst

Job Summary

To support the conflict resolution process, the full-time Lead Conflicts Analyst will manage advanced conflict searches, conduct research on potential conflicts, and communicate with attorneys to clear conflicts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Complete advanced conflict searches and manage complex projects with limited supervision
• Review Conflict Results Reports to identify potential conflicts and conduct necessary research
• Document and organize resolutions of potential conflicts, while mentoring and training team members

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible related work experience
• Experience in coordinating conflict clearing processes
• Ability to analyze potential conflict of interest issues
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
