Lead Consultant - Applied AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Consultant (Applied AI Engineer).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement generative AI systems using large language models and various tool integrations
• Lead the architecture and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance
• Mentor junior AI engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into applications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years focused on LLMs or generative AI
• Deep expertise in developing and delivering AI-integrated applications
• 5+ years of experience with Python SDKs
• Proven experience building and deploying AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI
• BA/BS required, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
