Lead Consultant, Consulting Services

Job Summary

To support a growing consulting practice, the remote Lead Consultant, Consulting Services will manage customer engagements, execute projects, and mentor junior team members while driving high customer satisfaction and aligning solutions with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of customer projects, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of defined business outcomes
• Collaborate with specialized teams to transition customers from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full-scale production rollouts
• Provide technical oversight and lightweight project management to ensure the success of customer- and partner-driven projects

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in virtualization solutions and adjacent technologies
• Mastery of core consulting methodologies and documentation standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members
• Strong technical knowledge across diverse industry verticals
