Job Summary

Driving customer engagements remotely, the full-time Lead Consultant, Consulting Services will manage internal and customer-facing projects, leveraging advanced consulting methodologies and deep expertise in virtualization solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Takes full ownership of customer projects, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of defined business outcomes
• Partners with specialized teams to transition customers from Proof of Concept to full-scale rollouts
• Provides technical oversight and project management for customer- and partner-driven projects

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in virtualization solutions and related technologies
• Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Ability to mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative work environment
• Strong understanding of consulting methodologies and documentation standards
• Experience across diverse industry verticals such as Healthcare, Education, and Financial Services
