Job Summary

Providing Level 2 support for Teamcenter applications, the full-time Lead Consultant - Teamcenter Support will resolve user access issues, perform system monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 support for Teamcenter issues related to user access, data management, workflows, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Rich Client, Active Workspace (AWC), and Teamcenter modules while performing routine system checks
  • Document solutions and create knowledge articles to support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Teamcenter support or PLM application support
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and basic SQL queries
  • Good understanding of Teamcenter architecture and server components
  • Experience with incident, change, and problem management processes
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Batch, Python) is a plus
