Job Summary

Specializing in caching technology and distributed networking, the full-time remote Lead Content Distribution Engineer will manage CDN configurations, oversee operations of the Disney Distribution Mesh, and enhance caching solutions for media processing and distribution.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure and manage CDN settings within the Disney Distribution Mesh
• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance metrics of caching infrastructure
• Develop engineering tooling and automation while providing consultation on caching solutions

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing caching solutions
• Bachelor's degree required
• Understanding of streaming video protocols and their interaction with caching
• Experience in a Content Distribution Network environment
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting
