Job Summary
To support B2C retention marketing efforts, the full-time Lead Content Strategist will define and execute a comprehensive content strategy focused on user experience, personalized content planning, and digital design, working remotely across the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute content strategy that aligns with business objectives and audience needs across various channels
- Collaborate with marketing strategy partners to translate insights into scalable content frameworks and high-impact experiences
- Partner with UX, SEO, product, research, and analytics teams to optimize content outcomes based on data and performance insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Content Strategy, User Experience (UX), and Content Management
- At least one (1) year in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in content strategy, including content audits and journey mapping
- Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including tools like Marketo and AEM
