Leading the content strategy for a large-scale digital transformation program, the full-time remote Lead Content Strategy Consultant will manage the content workstream, conduct content assessments, and develop a comprehensive content strategy for a global life sciences client transitioning to a modern platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the content strategy lead, overseeing discovery, delivery, and hypercare phases
- Design future-state information architecture and develop content governance frameworks
- Advise on AI-enabled content operations and facilitate stakeholder workshops for decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content operations, or related consulting disciplines
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation or CMS migration engagements
- Proficiency in designing information architecture, taxonomy, and metadata models
- Demonstrated knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices
